Please read through the Terms and Conditions on our website thoroughly. By booking into a class you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions outlined below: 

• We endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, however classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice or if participant numbers are low. If a class has no bookings by 9pm the evening before, the class will be cancelled.

• Yoga 101 is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

• Teachers are subject to change without notice.

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class as late entry cannot be guaranteed. For security reasons the doors will be locked for class commencement.

• Bookings are necessary for all classes and are to be made via Momence, to book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

• Payments are made prior to attendance. If you do not show for class and do not cancel within 3 hours prior to class, you will be charged for the place you have reserved

• Yoga 101 is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

• You are required to follow all instructions given to you by Yoga 101 teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

• Yoga 101 is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our classes in studio or online.

• Yoga 101 reserves the right to refuse access or entry to any person to its premises or to participate in any of its classes for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, misconduct or intoxication or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Bring your own mats. There are props available to borrow at the studio if needed.

• Bring your own water bottles. Anything left at the Studio will be thrown away, so be sure to take all your items with you when you leave

• Our Intro Offer is for first time users.
  There are no suspensions, extensions
  or refunds for any reason.
  You are able to use this pass
  from the date of purchase and
  for the following consecutive days for 2 weeks

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made via Momence.

• Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee.

• If you book into a class but fail to attend, you will be charged for the place you have reserved.

• If you book into a class but cancel the booking within 3 hours of the class start time, you will be charged for the place you have reserved.

• Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers may be purchased online or in the studio and can be used for products and services at Yoga 101.

• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable; all purchases are final.

• Gift vouchers are non-extendable. A voucher must be used by the expiry date given.

• Gift vouchers are exchangeable for the same value of the original voucher for different products and services within Yoga 101.

• Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission and Yoga 101 accepts no responsibility if this occurs.

Workshops 

• Payment needs to be made upon booking.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by calling or emailing Yoga 101 at least 3 hours prior to the commencement of workshop.

• Please arrive at least 15 mins before the scheduled start time of the workshop. Late entry to workshops will not be permitted.

• If you do not attend a booked workshop you will be charged for the place you have reserved.

Class passes

• Class passes are valid for 12 months after first use only.

• Passes cannot be shared.

• There are no refunds on purchases of memberships and/or class pass packs.

• There are casual class passes available to participate, as an option, rather than buying a pack if it will not be utilized within the expiry date.

• If you do not show for class and do not cancel within 3 hours prior to class, you will be charged for the place you have reserved 

• Class passes exclude attendance at workshops.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item(s) for a refund (excluding gift vouchers as outlined in the Gift Vouchers Section) or exchange for other Yoga 101 products or services. 

You can request an exchange or refund of an item purchased from Yoga 101 if: the product is faulty or is not of an acceptable quality; or the product is not fit for its intended purpose; or the product does not match the sample or our description. 

If this is the case, you will need to:

1. Return the item(s) within 14 days of purchase. 

2. Produce your original Yoga 101 receipt.

3. Ensure the item(s) are in their original packaging and condition, including instruction manuals and all accessories. 

Refund Conditions

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: 

1. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing back with questions about when the credit will be deposited into your account. 

2. For direct deposit payments, you will need to provide your bank details. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund into your account.

3. Cash refunds may be issued within one to two business days.
