Yoga is for every body.
I have been facilitating classes in Yoga, mindfulness and meditation for 25 years and have seen the most amazing transformations. These transformations come from a mindful, dedicated practice.

I think to begin with, if you have never done yoga before, you might like to watch a class first, so that you can see what the postures are like and any props you may need to assist your practice; e.g. pillow, bolster, blocks, mat etc and then set yourself up in a space at home where you have an atmosphere of tranquillity.

A 15 minute guided yin yoga class that will leave you feeling more flexible, calm and relaxed. In this express yin yoga sequence Michelle and Shannen guide you through a sequence of stretches, both showing different variations depending on how your body feels. The focus should be on relaxing into each pose whilst being aware of a calm, steady breath.
Have you always wanted to learn the process to getting into the crow or headstand? Nothing beats a personal training session with your yoga
instructor, but here I explain the key points you will need to get you into a headstand and the crow safely. *Please do not attempt this if you have any inversion contraindications, neck injury, pregnancy, shoulder or wrist injury, high blood pressure or eye disease.
A free 10 minute guided meditation class. A guided relaxation/ meditation class. This can be done seated on a chair, seated on the floor or lying down. (even in bed before sleeping) It is also a lovely meditation for children to learn mindfulness and relaxation. A supportive class to help to relieve stress, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, chronic pain or illness.
An intermediate yoga vinyasa flow class - 21 minutes. An express 20-minute vinyasa class, which is a little more advanced. It begins with pranayama, and then moves into a dynamic vinyasa, to empower, strengthen and detox the whole system. Enjoy!
Yoga for Beginners Class - 16 minutes. Beginner yoga. A great place to start. Take options that suit you today and you will notice the benefits that yoga brings. These are some of the poses that we teach in our Beginner Yoga Classes at the Studio and online streaming. In the comfort of your own home, these free classes give you the opportunity to develop your practice over time. I would recommend starting to practice yoga 3 times a week and soon enough you will want to do them every day!
A free and effective 15 minute, 'Yoga for Flexibility' class. Learn yoga in the comfort of your own home. This yoga class is to improve flexibility. This 15-minute class also teaches you some very important relaxation and breathing techniques that will relax your body and help to relieve stress.
