FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The only classes that require bookings are; Reformer combo, personal training sessions, pre natal yoga and Rest and Restore Yoga.
All the other mat classes are drop in classes and do not require a booking.
It is my first class, what do I need to bring?
Yoga 101 supplies mats to borrow and all props that you will need for your class. If you would like to use your own yoga mat, you may bring that with you.
If you are pregnant or have recently had surgery, or suffer with High Blood Pressure, you are required to bring in a clearance to participate letter from your GP, for your own wellbeing.
What do I wear to class?
Things are pretty casual at Yoga 101. Wearing something that you can move and stretch in comfortably is ideal. (remembering that you are stretching and maybe even upside down, depending on the class you attend)
How many people attend each class?
As we don't take bookings for classes, this will vary from class to class.
It could range from 4 - 24 participants in each class. ( averaging around 10 per class)

Yes, this is a very common question. Everyone starts from where they are. Flexibility comes along with a regular practice. It is definitely not a prerequisite!
