Our bodies are different when we move in to our 50’s. We might look at yogi’s doing all sorts of extraordinary poses and think that yoga is not for us, but it is for us! More than ever.

Aligning the body and mind in Yoga, will introduce you to a whole new way to experience this beautiful practice.
There are a variety of different sequences to choose from, depending how your body feels. From chair yoga, to yoga flow, yoga for over 50’s is a lovely exploration of holistic health through movement and meditation. You will not only sleep better, lose weight, feel stronger and feel fitter, you will also be more in tune with yourself and others around you, creating a balance in body, mind, and soul.
