Yoga for beginner’s gives you an introduction to yoga, right from the start. It will teach you the basic classic postures that you can work on to attain your best alignment and whilst doing that, you will gain strength, breath awareness, mobility in your joints and a deeper sense of self. This is the perfect place to start your practice and develop a strong foundation of the practice. I can’t wait for you to begin your yoga journey with me. Some words of wisdom for a beginner yogi
Sometimes we feel like we want to get to the final expression of a pose, but this is not the aim of yoga. The aim of Yoga is to be exactly where you are, with what you have and be at ease in your whole body, mind and breath. If you closed your eyes whilst in a posture and felt that feeling, it would not matter what you look like in the physical. We call this surrender. Every yogi that has practiced for years will tell you that once you surrender the idea of looking a certain way, everything will fall in to place. You know the saying, “If only I knew all this back then….” Well, that’s why I’m sharing this with you now, so you don’t have to go through the years of struggle, trying to be a certain way or look like this or that. Let’s enjoy this moment. The journey will continue as you progress in to the practice. Be patient, enjoy this journey. I am with you all the way.
